Request for sponsorship letter

Any person or entity wishing to obtain a sponsorship letter from InvestChile must complete the forms detailed below.
According to article 2 of Resolution N° 144 of 2022 of InvestChile , the applicant or interested party who requires a sponsorship letter can be:

1. A foreign private individual. (Fill out Form 1A)
2. A foreign legal entity constituted abroad that intends to invest in Chile. (Fill out Form 1B)
3. A legal entity constituted in Chile that is in receipt of foreign capital. (Fill out Form 1C)
4. A legal entity constituted abroad with a shareholding in a company constituted in Chile. (Fill out Form 1C)

Furthermore, every applicant or interested party must complete the information about the investment they intend to make or have already made in Chile in part 2 of the forms.
Those applicants or interested parties covered by numbers 2, 3 and 4 must also provide information about the beneficiaries or foreign private individuals who perform the functions of director or manager or any specialist technical staff for whom they are requesting entry into Chile.
